Give your favorite sets a second life. The Press-On Nail Hospital by Star Twix Nails is a restoration service where you can send your worn or damaged press-on nails back to be professionally cleaned, repaired, and refreshed.
Whether a charm popped off, a nail cracked, or the set just needs a deep clean, we restore your nails so they’re ready to wear again. Instead of throwing your sets away, the Nail Hospital helps extend their lifespan and keeps your collection looking brand new.
Level 1: Routine Clean
Includes a new high gloss top coat, reshaping and smoothing of the nail, and glue removal. Perfect for light wear and tear on the surface.
Level 2: Detail Repair
Includes a new high gloss top coat, reshaping and smoothing of the nails, glue removal, and replacement of missing charms. Applies to nail sets with minimal charms or less than 50% off the charms missing.
Level 3: Full Recovery
Includes a new high gloss top coat, reshaping and smoothing of the nails, glue removal, replacement of missing charms, limited 2D art restoration, replacement of up to 4 nails, replacement of damaged charms. If your nails need a full makeover, this service is for you!
Quick FAQ
- What if I choose the wrong tier?
- Star Twix Nails will appraise the set once received. If we determine a higher tier is necessary to finish the restoration, a draft order will be emailed to collect the remaining balance.
- What if you don't carry the charms originally used?
- You will be notified by email that we no longer carry the charm and replacement options we do carry. If we specially order charms to complete your set, an add on fee may be charged and order processing may be delayed.
- How do you receive my set?
- Star Twix Nails will ship you a parcel and return shipping label.
- How long does this process take?
- 2-3 weeks.
- Can I receive a refund if I no longer wish to use this service?
- Once we have shipped the return parcel, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Star Twix Nails has the right to refuse service.
Star Twix Nails will not work with nail sets that contain the following:
- More than 4 nails are missing, broken, cracked, warped, or severely damaged effecting the structural integrity of the nails
- Safety risks/concerns that prohibit staff from working with the nail set
- Nail sets that are not made/have not been purchased from Star Twix Nails. Star Twix Nails may request your order number to confirm purchase
